TERMS & CONDITIONS

All the images (both photographs and digital illustrations) used on this website are my own, as is the physical work photographed, unless otherwise stated in the caption. I do not give anyone permission to use them.

WORKSHOPS

All workshops must be booked and paid for at least 5 days before the workshop is due to take place, unless a specific arrangement has been agreed beforehand. Workshops are typically non-refundable. If you discover that you cannot attend the workshop any more, please get in touch. If, after booking, you don’t attend the workshop and don’t give any notice that you won’t attend, you will not be guaranteed a reschedule.

No alcohol is permitted before or during the workshops, unless specified. Only the booked participants of the workshops are permitted to attend the workshops; if you arrive without prior booking, or bring any additional guests that I wasn’t notified of, I reserve the right to refuse entry. SPECIAL ORDERS


Please feel free to contact me if you wish to discuss a commission. The time taken for bespoke work can vary depending on the complexity of the piece. When taking on a personalised piece, a minimum of a 50% non-refundable deposit is expected to be able to start the project, unless specified otherwise. Full payment will need to be made before the piece is dispatched or when the piece is collected.

RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase, you are required to get in touch with me and have 30 days to return items in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. You will then receive a refund or you can exchange to the full value of your purchase. You are responsible for the safe return of the work. I cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility and your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you receive is faulty. This policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Once your returned item has been received and inspected, I will notify you of whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Subject to approval, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3 days. Any items that have been specially commissioned, customised or personalised cannot be returned.
